These are all on protected greenbelt land.

In particular HEL345 & HEL199 is land that is currently rented to TWO long standing family owned businesses Plants Direct & Roundbush Garden centre  - This plan would force them BOTH out of business!

HEL180 is on greenbelt land and publicly listed as land in between White House & Adelaide Lodge  but somehow the land owner managed to get planning permission a few years ago for one house called Passing Moon which has not been listed publicly (planning for this should not have been passed) - the land owner then offered the rest of the land out for development!
